Alloy Steel F12 Forged Fittings consist of chromium (1.00-1.50%), molybdenum (0.44-0.65%), carbon (0.08-0.15%), manganese (0.30-0.60%), silicon (0.50% max), phosphorus (0.025% max), and sulfur (0.025% max). These additions improve strength, corrosion resistance, and hardness. F12 fittings provide tensile strength of 415 MPa (min), yield strength of 220 MPa (min), and elongation of 30% (min). Its high toughness and heat resistance capabilities make it very suitable for usage in high pressure in power stations.
