BIRNAR 450 is a quenched and tempered wear-resistant steel grade, featuring a well-balanced chemical composition of carbon, manganese, chromium, and other alloying elements. This blend results in a nominal hardness of about 450 HBW, providing excellent resistance to abrasion and surface wear. In terms of mechanical properties, BIRNAR 450 sheets and plates showcase high tensile strength, good yield strength, and controlled impact toughness.
